Life is boring when you find it difficult to move around due to severe pain in your knee, shoulder, neck, finger, waist, and ankle.

My name is Janet and you are about to discover how I was able to overcame arthritis after several years of severe pain and  discomfort.

Every  morning I would wake up with severe pain in my joint and stiffness, whenever I got out of bed , I could barely move  my knee, neck, and hands.
